I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto since 2007 and a trained esthetician since 2012, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork, skincare, and holistic wellness. With a background that bridges clinical knowledge and natural healing practices, I’m passionate about integrating restorative massage techniques and skin health treatments to support the full spectrum of self-care.
With a lifelong love of movement, sports, and human anatomy, I have a particular interest in how alignment and biomechanics affect everyday function.
